During their honeymoon, Roland and Victoria came up with the idea of founding the company CLUBHATZ. While enjoying a leisurely cocktail at the pool bar, waiting for the sunset, they pondered how to inject more style and coolness into the often very staid sport of golf. Always on the lookout for the latest fashion trends and ways to stand out from the rest, the idea suddenly struck them: cool, creative, and stylish headcovers.

Once home, the first coronavirus lockdown hit Austria, and this time was used intensively to build up CLUBHATZ. Isabella, Victoria's youngest sister, joined as a graphic designer and is responsible for all product designs. Together with founder Roland, she is the creative mind of the company. Thomas, the partner of Victoria's older sister, is a passionate photographer and is therefore responsible for content creation. A large portion of CLUBHATZ's cool pictures come from his camera. Christopher, Isabella's boyfriend, is responsible for sales via Amazon and eBay and is, so to speak, the logistical mastermind of the company. There is hardly a question about marketplaces that he cannot answer. And last but not least, Victoria, Roland's wife. She is the jack-of-all-trades at Clubhatz. Whether it's shipping, invoicing, or returns, she has everything under control.
