Roland is the founder and managing director of CLUBHATZ. Isabella, Victoria's youngest sister, has joined as a graphic designer and is responsible for all product designs. Together with founder Roland, she is the creative mind of the company. Thomas, the partner of Victoria's older sister, is a passionate photographer and is therefore responsible for content creation. A large part of Clubhatz's cool images come from his camera. Christopher, Isabella's boyfriend, is responsible for sales via Amazon and eBay and is, so to speak, the logistical superbrain of the company. There is hardly a question about marketplaces that he cannot answer. And last but not least, Victoria, Roland's wife. She is the all-rounder at Clubhatz. Whether it's shipping, invoicing or
returns, she has everything under control.
