During their honeymoon, Roland and Victoria had the idea to found the company CLUBHATZ. While having a cozy cocktail at the pool bar, waiting for the sunset, they thought about how to get some more style and coolness into the often very prudish golf sport. Always on the lookout for the latest fashion trends and ways to stand out from the rest, they suddenly came up with the idea: cool, creative and stylish headcovers.

Once home, the first Corona Lockdown took place in Austria and this time was used intensively to build up CLUBHATZ. Isabella, the youngest sister of Victoria joined as a graphic designer and is responsible for all product designs. Together with founder Roland she is the creative head of the company. Thomas, the partner of Victoria's older heaviest, is a passionate photographer and therefore responsible for content creation. A large part of the cool pictures of CLUBHATZ come from his camera. Christopher, Isabella's boyfriend, is responsible for distribution via Amazon and Ebay and is the logistical mastermind of the company, so to speak. There is hardly a question about Marketplaces that he can't answer. And last but not least Victoria, Roland's wife. She is the woman for everything at Clubhatz. Whether it's shipping, invoicing or returns, she has everything under control.
