Roland is the founder and managing director of CLUBHATZ. Isabella, Victoria's youngest sister, joined as a graphic designer and is responsible for all product designs. She is the creative head of the company together with founder Roland. Thomas, the partner of Victoria's older sister, is a passionate photographer and therefore responsible for the content creation. A large part of the cool pictures of Clubhatz come from his camera. Christopher, Isabella's boyfriend, is responsible for distribution via Amazon and Ebay and is the logistical mastermind of the company, so to speak. There is hardly a question about Marketplaces that he can't answer. And last but not least Victoria, Roland's wife. She is the woman for everything at Clubhatz. Whether it's shipping, invoicing or
